Hi, I’m Dianna, the owner and founder of Mat Quest Yoga and Wellness. If you’re looking for a partner in your health and wellbeing you are not here by accident. My passion is helping people discover and implement ways to move and be comfortable in their bodies without guilt or a regimen that drains the living out of life.
You have the power and ability to succeed at the life you dream about. Finding time and strategies to keep yourself moving in the right direction, without giving up the people and events you enjoy, can sometimes be overwhelming. I will be your partner and sounding board. Whether you want to engage in yoga, a new way of eating, want to learn relaxation, mediation, or have other health objectives, you can count on my support and expertise.
Over the past twelve years I have studied yoga, self-care, priority-setting, life-style management, and stress management strategies. I am a Yoga Alliance RYT 200™ (Registered Yoga Teacher). I have taught yoga in health clubs, doctor’s offices and in my own studio as well as at conferences and retreats. Along the way, I have coached and encouraged clients, friends and family members to achieve their own satisfaction through simple, meaningful practices. This year I will become a certified Wellcoach™. In 2011, I was invited to join the Applied Insight, LLC faculty and since then have taught yoga and mindfulness meditation/relaxation at both of their annual signature events. My work is with individuals, small and large groups.
