You can lose 25 pounds, fit into smaller jeans, have a whiter brighter smile or work in the executive suite and you will STILL be busy and overwhelmed.
Stop worrying about the number on the scale, or the size of the clothes you wear, stop cursing the body you were born with, and start loving the person inside. Take care of her the way you would take care of someone you love and know will succeed. Stop yelling at her and chastising her for things she can’t control and give her the support, the spark, to ignite the beautiful, vibrant life she deserves. YOU are the only one who can do that and it will make all the difference.
